We are seeking a motivated and technically curious IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and technical support, working closely with our internal teams and systems.
🔧 Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops (Windows 10/11).

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.

Manage user accounts and permissions within Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Support basic networking tasks, including connectivity and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Set up and maintain audio/video conferencing equipment.

Document technical issues and their resolutions in a clear, organized manner.
✅ Qualifications

Familiarity with laptop hardware and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11).

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Exposure to or interest in Linux operating systems.

Strong communication skills in English — written and verbal.
