IT Support Intern – Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and technical support, working closely with our internal teams and systems.


🔧 Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical support to end-users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops (Windows 10/11).

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • Support basic networking tasks, including connectivity and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Set up and maintain audio/video conferencing equipment.

  • Document technical issues and their resolutions in a clear, organized manner.


Qualifications

  • Familiarity with laptop hardware and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11).

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • Exposure to or interest in Linux operating systems.

  • Strong communication skills in English — written and verbal.

  • Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work independently or in a team.
